That firsthand experience laid the foundation for what would become a full-time calling—helping others navigate the world of real estate with clarity, strategy, and confidence.

Before launching his own company, Jamar sharpened his business acumen through a successful corporate career with Enterprise, where he learned the value of service, systems, and scale. That background—combined with his experience as a youth coach and lifelong musician—gives him a unique ability to connect with clients, lead with integrity, and bring energy and creativity to every deal.
